That's a very interesting article, especially those descriptions of Palm's patents, which have been inexplicably missing from any conversation here. Based on that article, which likely doesn't tell the whole story (but is the best we've got so far), it looks like the only definitive winners here will be the lawyers.

yea i just read that article as well. seems like it will come to a stalemate since both sides have dirt on each other. Palm will probably say....we have all this stuff on you Apple, so if you back down, we'll back down and everyone will stay happy.
