Does anybody know an effective way to remove this? I have no extenstions running or even installed in Safari...

If that’s a system pop up then it’s there for a reason.

What exactly are you trying to do?

That is exceedingly unlikely to be a legitimate message.

Yeah things look dodgy, that’s why I wanted to know what exactly the OP is trying to do. A random message on a website can safely be ignored as a scam.

It's actually not me I'm trying to help someone else, but I think it's when he has Safari open (not neccesarily using it), when he gets the pop ups...

And actually I'm sure if it's a Safari pop up or from the system itself...
