Hi,

I have an iPhone 4 that seems to have a battery that doesn't hold the normal amount of charge. According to Apple's website (http://www.apple.com/batteries/replacements.html) the standard 1-year warranty covers battery replacement if it drops below 50% of its original capacity.

Anyone ever have experience with Apple actually replacing battery under the warranty?

Thanks!

It would be easier and faster for you to just call Apple and find out from the source. If you do not know the number it is 1-800- MY-APPLE. If you didn't purchase AppleCare or AppleCare+ you are only entitled to 90 days of phone support but Apple should still help you since it is a hardware problem.
