Apple Watch 2 screen shield ?

is one needed for the Apple Watch 2 ? I haven't seen anyone using one either

Do you mean a case or a screen protector?

They sell both. I guess it depends on what you're doing.

If you mean a screen protector I'm not sure how you'd know if someone had one or not. Mine is barely visible.

I think this is a very personal issue. It depends how annoyed you will be to see scratches on the watch. I scratched the space grey portion of my watch above the face yesterday (banged it into a piece of metal furniture as I installed a computer monitor) and I'm kind of irritated but as long as I'm not careless it should be a rare occurrence.
