Hi,

I can't get my Apple Watch 2 to update to the latest update. I've followed the instructions, making sure my watch is at least 50% charged and connected to the charger. I click install on my phone and then it asks for my passcode on my watch. I input this and then I get an install error message on my phone. I've tried restarting both the watch and the phone and it still won't work. Any ideas what's wrong and how to fix it?

Cheers

If the update won't start, open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, tap General > Usage > Software Update, then delete the update file. After you delete the file, try to download and install watchOS again.

Thanks for the help. Bizarrely when I went back to do this another new update was available (iOS 4.1 as opposed to iOS4) and this worked first time. I shall bear in mind your advise if it occurs again though :)
