Apple Watch 3 has 43 min more battery life

To be exact 43 min 20 seconds. I got the number from supposed 4% higher battery capacity.

Can someone confirm it? Should be quite easy, turn off LTE, turn off GPS and run it like you usually do.

you can't make an assumption like that based on nothing but the battery. The different chipset will mean different current drains etc.

I'm pretty sure the current iphone battery has a significantly better capacity than my old nokia, but the nokia lasted a week without charge..my iphone...1 day!!

Would've been interesting to see a dive into the modem. How a Qualcomm and intel would have differed. If it's anything like my 7, the Qualcomm would've performed better than intel.

I’m seeing better than 4% battery life thus far if I don’t use the LTE much. So I think the new processor is more efficient.

I am seeing easily double the battery life from the original watch, but to be fair, I have not got cellular up and running yet

Don't think a comparison can be drawn in that way like that. However, I am interested to see some filed test on this...
