Apple Watch 3 - Accessibility - No Reaction​

  1. Open the Settings app

    on your Apple Watch.
  2. Go to Accessibility > Accessibility Shortcut, then choose VoiceOver, Zoom, AssistiveTouch, or Touch Accommodations.

In my case,on a Apple Watch 3, there is no reaction. Assistive Touch cannot be activated.

Anyone else experiencing a similar issue?
