I picked up my 44 mm LTE AW Series 4 on Sunday wore it on Monday, by the end of the day the watch looked like it had no power. That was strange because I had fully charged it the night before and I really hadn't used it at all. I called Apple care and followed their troubleshooting instructions including unpairing w/ my iPhone without any result. The watch is D-E-A-D. Taking it back for a return. This will be the first fatal case with any Apple product I have purchased.

Anyone else with the same issue?
I saw a dead S4 watch on a demo shelf in a retailer's shop yesterday. I notified staff and a guy came over and held down the crown and side button for a while. The watch ding:ed and rebooted.

It might not be actually dead, just hung. So try that before sending back.
