Apple Watch 4 wont show location in “Find My”

watchos 6 and iOS 13.1
when I go to the Find My app, my Apple Watch location won’t show up. It just says “No Location Found”. I can still ping it to play a sound but won’t show me its location.

any ideas?

Same thing happened to my AW4 this morning and nothing I did worked so had to unpair & re-pair, and then it was fine. Sucked I had to set up again (maybe set up from back up works) but at least I can see my watch again.
