I’m assuming you’re not very experienced with UPS? Their relay system in terms of updating the package manifest, is typically with every 6-10 hours. The ‘initial scan’ has to come first, then requires a register to update in their system, which alone can take 2 to 3 hours, when in reality, your package is already ahead of schedule, but you don’t know that yet Until after the fact.
