Apple Watch 5 Weather Complications

I like the Accuweather app on my iPhone but I find that the complication is very basic since the last update, am I missing something?

I also have Weather Mate Pro, which is good, but the update does not always occur when moving to different areas and the manual update may not happen.

I hear Carrot is good but I am not in favour of paying monthly fees. 1 time fees I am ok with.

I would like to get Dark Sky but it is not available in Canada.

Suggestions?
