For anyone wondering the midnight is very very close hue to space grey.

both those watches are in some kind of clear surround case that makes it impossible to see any colors other than the glare. i believe you are right but i’m not sure how that picture is supposed to show us anything…?

I’m currently wearing the new Midnight Nike Series 7, its black. Black enough to where I’m going to return my Space Black Hermès and save almost $1,000 that I was willing to spend to have a black watch. I don’t see the blue at all. It is darker than the original black sport band.

Thanks for posting this! The case actually seems to be darker than Space Grey was. Can you confirm this?

Yes, way darker. Its darker than my Space Black Stainless Steel due to the Midnight being a matte finish. The SBSS is shiny and reflects light. If someone were to ask me what color midnight is, I’d say matte black. I don’t really see the blue at all. I live in Florida and was in direct sunlight moving my wrist around looking for it to be navy blue, couldn’t see it at all.

This is my space grey s5, graphite S7 and midnight S7. Midnight is a beautiful deep dark blackish color! I love it! It’s actually blacker than space black titanium.

Agreed. I also picked up the Nike 45mm Midnight and was pleasantly surprised at how dark black it was compared to what was shown on Apples website. Apples pictures make it look more of a bluish color.
