Lol. Yeah he clearly didn’t capture the explosion. Probably a faulty battery or charging issue. Still interested what the outcome of Apple’s investigation will be. They’ll probably won’t disclose it though.

S7 is quite new, battery could not swallow that fast on its own.

As a 9gag user I expected quite different NSFW :(

I wonder if that damage to the back of the watch happened before of after the battery issue?

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that it happened before.
 
I love how the guy is taking pictures of it outside, in the grass etc. as he using 3rd party charger? And what’s with all the damage appears to have happened before this

No explosion here. Thermal runaway on a L-Ion battery.

This did not happen by itself, likely had some human intervention.
