Apple Watch 7 fast charging cable options?

So is the USBC charging cable that comes with the Apple Watch 7 currently the only option for fast charging?

It is the same one as the 1m cable that Apple sells on their website I think:

I'd love to have this cable in the 2m variety so that I could put it on top of my tall bedstand, but I don't think that currently exists.

I have the Apple Watch magnetic charging dock, but I presume that it doesn't support fast charging.

And I'd love to get the MagSafe Duo Charger, but it's my understanding that it also currently doesn't support fast charging.

So are there any other cables that currently support fast charging for AW7 owners? Thanks!

I haven’t seen any other supported cable thus far. I am also waiting on the 2m version. I bought an extra fast charging cable from the Apple Store.

When I looked 2 weeks ago, I did not see an official 2m Apple charging cable. It doesn't look like Apple will be offering that option anymore.

In regards to question two, there is only the one option (from Apple) for fast charging at this point in time.
