¿Have you seen the new menu for apple music on the apple watch? It even has a never play option....

That's only for radio stations (including Beats 1). Otherwise, it's the same interface as was there before. Albums and artists you add to your Apple Music collection are added to the watch- but weirdly enough, Apple Music playlists you subscribe to are not.
