so just got my Att bill. I thought they were waiving the activation fee and the first 3 months access fee. I got charged the $10 fee, $25 activation plus taxes.
 
Reading their agreement when I activated my watch it kind of sounded like they would bill you and you'd then receive credits within (I believe) 3 months. They have done this in the past with other promotions. The trick is to keep watching and make sure you actually receive the credits...

The fine print says they’ll issue credits within 3 billing cycles. Sneaky isn’t it?
