New to the Apple Watch Series 6 Celllar. Yesterday I saw something either on my iPhone or the watch that appeared to be a setup for bike cycling. I remember I saw an option for outdoor riding and also an option to use for indoor cycling. Today I'm looking for the same options and I can't find it. If it's not too complicated, can anyone briefly tell me how I access these options?

When I posted the above, I was new to the Apple Watch and didn't understand a lot of the options. I "think" I solved the problem above by doing a reset. Anyway, what ever I did enabled the indoor cycling option which I've been using almost every day since. Then, about 2 days ago, the indoor cycling option disappeared. I did a search about resetting the watch and it worked (now I have the indoor cycling option back). The only reason I use this app is that it displays my current heart rate when riding my indoor cycle. Without the indoor cycle option, I've been using the outdoor cycling option to provide the same information.

However, the outdoor cycling option has an annoying habit of pausing about every 10 minutes. I would like to know if there's a way to turn off this every 10 minute pause. Most of the indoor rides I do (iFit) are 30 minutes or more.

AFAIK, I didn't change any setting leading up to the indoor cycling option disappearing. FWIW, the indoor cycling option worked fine for over 6 months before crapping out.
