According to the Jawbone website, you can use your Apple Watch as an activity tracker for the UP system. I used an up for a few years now, and it's talking to my health app, but I can't seem to get it to reflect the Apple Watch step/exercise data rather than the iPhone 6 M8 data. There is about a 1k step discrepancy in between the Apple Watch data in the Health app and the Up app. Any ideas? I love using the Up ecosystem, but I also love my Apple Watch. In my thoughts, the Up app should be pulling the actual step count from the Health app, since it has read only access, and the Apple watch should show the same step data, because it is the only device that is constantly with me, and is the highest priority in Health.
WATCH to their app so they could coexist , I was told that there were "no plans" . So I m now wondering the approach to my already stablished routine , I use My Fitness Pal to log my meals , Nike Watch and Polar strap to monitor my runs and use the GPS and the Jawbone to fill in the rest of the activities, steps, flights of stairs , and night sleep , and pretty much everything worked in sync. So , now when I get the Watch , I m thinking I will have to see how to re do the whole system.
