Apple Watch and static electric

Hello, my laptop "produces" static electricity (or just electricity), when I'm picking up my headphones I always get small (sometimes decent) electric hit. Shoud I care about my AW? Or everything is ok?

It is about you. You geht charged because of the carpet, socks, shoes and then it discharges if you touch the grounded laptop. It discharges through your body, bypassing the watch, up to 20’000 Volt. Just forget it...
