I am using an old iPod Nano 6G with a Lunatik watch strap to listen to music while exercising. However, I am wanting to replace my iPod Nano 6G with an Apple Watch to listen to music. I recently purchased a pair of Skullcandy BT earphones and have them paired to my iPhone 6S Plus and the sound quality is very good. I am now wanting to purchase an Apple Watch to listen to music paired with the BT earphones straight from the actual smart watch but is the sound quality any good. Please advise.

It will be relatively the same. The BT audio signal is straight digital and all processing, conversion and amplification is done in the headphones.
