Apple Watch Authentic Band Lugs for Developers

Hi,

Recently, MacRumors posted that Apple is opening up third-party bands – including official Apple lugs – to developers. Does anyone happen to know when these lugs will be available to purchase from Apple? Additionally, does anyone know how much Apple will charge developers for these?
