Apple support great until they make a mistake and then you you screwed.
When ordering at 2 AM in morning tried to get shipped to new address but spelling of street Name kept being appreciated. Anyway Apple defaulted to old address without me being aware even though the Macbook I order on same night did get setup being shipped to the new address . I did no realize watch was shipping to old address until I called on wed and told them to stop abbreviating name of new address. That is when realized they were shipping to old address.
They said they got it changed with UPS on Wed, but I kept checking and it never showed up correctly on order . I call apple 4 times to confirm. Finally called UPS today and they never received request. Called apple again today and they still kept saying they sent request to UPS, and I told them it does not matter what they think they did, UPS has not recored! Finally they resubmitted. I Will call UPS again in 30 min to confirm
So 3 days later and 6 calls to apple it took to hopefully resolved, and now watch will be delayed at least another 3 days if it is resolved. So much for being one of 1st to get order in at 2 AM in morning and getting my watch anytime soon as result of my efforts.
