Apple support great until they make a mistake and then you you screwed.

When ordering at 2 AM in morning tried to get shipped to new address but spelling of street Name kept being appreciated. Anyway Apple defaulted to old address without me being aware even though the Macbook I order on same night did get setup being shipped to the new address . I did no realize watch was shipping to old address until I called on wed and told them to stop abbreviating name of new address. That is when realized they were shipping to old address.

They said they got it changed with UPS on Wed, but I kept checking and it never showed up correctly on order . I call apple 4 times to confirm. Finally called UPS today and they never received request. Called apple again today and they still kept saying they sent request to UPS, and I told them it does not matter what they think they did, UPS has not recored! Finally they resubmitted. I Will call UPS again in 30 min to confirm

So 3 days later and 6 calls to apple it took to hopefully resolved, and now watch will be delayed at least another 3 days if it is resolved. So much for being one of 1st to get order in at 2 AM in morning and getting my watch anytime soon as result of my efforts.

Anyone else having correct delivery and customer services issue with apple and want to vent? Here is your thread.

3 days, 6 calls to apple and 2 to UPS and I finally got them shipping to correct address. Won't get it today (as I was suppose to) but at least it will be here by Monday!

Apple needs to work on customer service when they have issues arise that are not typical. It never should have gotten to this point in 1st place. So many balls dropped since I 1st ordered the watch.
 
A package I got last week had the correct address but was delivered to the wrong house. Luckily whoever it ended up with called FedEx and it was picked up and redelivered 2 days later. I'm hoping there's no issues this time.

Is the UPS it went to close enough to pick up?
 
I don't think you should blame Apple for your own mistake in not properly ensuring your shipping address was spelled correctly prior to ordering.

They are still calling me asking if address straight even though they shipped other items to this address, now my Package is lost.

All other packages in my order had correct address only this one as soon as I realized the were shipping to wrong address I calllec immediately. Took 6 calls to get them to send to UPS to reroute. I kept having to call UPS to make sure they did it and kept calling apple to tell them they did not. So I had to act as the middle man for apple incompetent staff otherwise it would have been never done.

Now my Watch is totally lost. They cannot find it at UPS
