I am a fan of braided solo loop so I decide to create this post for the owners. I had purchased the Ultra but it looks weird with the BSL, so I sold it and came back with an S8 stainless steel.

Currently I am having a rainforest BSL and I want to purchase some old colors. Unlike other bands, BSL is exclusive sold on Apple Store. Do you guy know any online store selling BSL old color loops?

I have had good luck finding them on eBay. It is not as easy to find them as some other style bands since they are size specific. MacBlowouts offered some recently for both size watches and I was able to get Flamingo and Bright Green both sealed in their boxes, in my size.

Could you post a photo of rainforest on your wrist? I wonder how different it is to Inverness Green :)

About stores, not original 1:1 copy from Urvoi is sold there - a have a few of them, no problems.

Here they are. I have the Inverness Green in the past too.

The main difference I can see with the 3rd party / replica straps is the braided part near the lugs does not feather out. It leaves the straps looking small and skinny. The genuine Apple straps look so much better.
Agreed. I've tried several 3rd party offerings and returned them all. All fell short of the Apple version

See the link above that was posted. I have several of those bands as well and they are just like the Apple bands. The braided part flares out at the top and goes straight into a metal clasp like the original bands. All of the bands on Amazon are crap and use plastic at the ends like you're describing. Aliexpress is the only place I've found these straps that are identical to Apple's. I have six of them now and they've been great.

Here is my Urvoi to proof, probably it’s not 100% the same but it’s quite good. These with plastic connectors are crap.

Good to know and exactly what I was hoping to hear.

I have the Inverness Green and Unity braided loops, unfortunately they are too loose with the Ultra.

yes, for the Ultra you show go down one size as the ultra case is larger.
Interestingly this type of guidance isn't provided in the sizing tool for the braided loops. Sure you can pick the case size (41 or 45) but there is no sizing adjustment for the 49mm case.

my midnight braided loop is size 10 i think which seems to be the best balance. how loose it will get in the future who knows.

Well, technically the BSL is not „made for“ the Ultra, only „compatible with“ it. I very much doubt they will make an Ultra-specific variant of the Solos.

My BSL is my favorite band. Easy to put on, no sweat, and it looks sharp.

Two years in, it has gotten too loose. Is there any trick to tighten a BSL back up?

I haven't found a way, in fact with the Ultra it's worse as I think the lug distance is greater and makes the band effectively longer. I notice there is no allowance in the measuring tool for this.
