Apple Watch calendar: Can't display default holiday calendar, missing birthday cal ..

At the Apple Watch it is impossible to disable the default Apple holiday calendar.

Also it isn't possible to deselect a calendar. In default you see all calendars.

And at least you are not able to see the birthday calendar on the Apple Watch.

I hope Apple will add soon some improvements to the Apple Watch calendar
