I’m assuming the Watch doesn’t show your BMR, but takes it into account? If it did it would be around 1700 calories just resting not including activity. Just want to make sure. I’m reaching 800-1000+ calories burned but some days I feel that is a little excessive. I workout and stuff but I also see the counter going up when I’m just sitting on the computer working.

My girlfriend who is three times as active as me never comes near my totals. She does weigh 40lbs less never the less if it’s activity wise she should be hitting my targets.

I do not think it does, however the "Health" app does show BMR (or "resting energy burned") under "All health data".
