I have apple watch 42mm, can't update to watchOS 2.x. When i pair to iphone with iOS 9.2.1 it OK, but can't update because always report "watchOS 1.0, Your software is up to date". I can't pair to iPhone with iOS than 9.3.x because when pair Apple request update to last watchOS, then Apple check update and report "watchOS 1.0, your software is up to date" so that can't pair. I try pair with iOS 9.3 / 9.3.1 / 9.3.2 / 9.3.3,restore iPhone, reset Apple Watch by go into Apple Watch app, General - Reset - Earse Apple Watch Contents and Settings" and same result
