I saw someone wrap their watch around the "c ring" so that the charger could fit onto the back and set it standing up in the case. Looked good. I'm probably going to do that with mine.

It's been a day of discoveries. I'm not sure that I know how I will charge this, seeing as I'm always concerned that it's slipped off the back of the watch or something when I put it down. I like the idea of putting it back on the C-ring in the box, but I also like the charging cases I've seen from third parties. It's less clutter, and I won't be worried about yanking a cable out. Of course, the first thing I did was drop my watch trying to get it out of the wrapper. They are durable, but I don't want to do that too often.

I couldn't find the original picture, so I just made one really quick using my 38 mm Milanese Loop - the band looks upside down because I'm a lefty. - Also sorry it looks sideways. If you click on it, the orientation is correct.

This may sound silly, but it got me for a quick second...

Did you make sure you took the "plastic" off of the top of the charger as well? The tab on mine was incredibly small and separate from the wrapping around the side. Almost the only way to notice was that the top was a bit "textured" with the plastic on... I was surprised the magnet wasn't stronger, realize it was covered, and its perfect after removing.

Yes, I pulled the plastic off, but it tore, so I thought I'd removed the plastic, but I hadn't... didn't notice for like 20 minutes of charging. HA! It's sorted now though.

C-ring....?

Anyways, this looks like a good free option, but I think I'll opt for the charging docks some companies are coming out with.

Looking at this.. did the UK and USA get different boxes this time?

The one I got in the UK is a looooong box and the watch comes witht he strap on flat, the box is huge.

But the pictures above show a nice square box which is totally different to what we got.

Ours is not very nice looking..

Edit// someone just posted a picture of UK box above this post

The Apple Watch Sport will always come in that long box, while the other models (SS and Edition) come in the square box. It doesn't depend on the country. ;)

Oh right, I wonder why they did not all come in Square boxes, the long box is pretty hideous..

Sport = long box, SS = square box

Isn't it cumbersome to have to remove the charger through the loop hole in the band every time you want to wear the watch?

Not really. Only have to do it twice a day, so doesn't really pose a problem. Without charger makes a nice carry case as well.

Neat idea. Will probably do the same thing.
