Question because I want to ask here because I feel I'm getting all kind of excuses, but my plan has me add my watch as a companion mode so it was set up and all and while I was away from my phone last night I noticed I had no LTE or any cell signal at all.. looked at the watch and it says no sim.. got to the phone and it says the cellular plan expired so the provider is saying oh it might be a area where signal is a issue, Being a truck driver I drive 500 miles a day I can't look at my watch 24/7

I feel like they are giving me the runaround, anyone else can chime in on this?

I had a similar problem, had to configure again the cellular connection once in the past because it didn’t work. Wasn’t too hard once acknowledged but I don’t remember the exact steps and maybe some details vary from carrier to carrier.

Did it have anything to do with signal levels? They are asking for exact times I noticed no signal like.. uhmmm I work 14 hour shifts driving I only noticed when I went to take a lunch.. can't give anymore than that.

It has nothing to do with having a signal or not. It says No Sim because there is no active Cellular plan for the watch. Try going into the Watch app on your iPhone and removing the old cellular plan and adding it again following the steps in the Watch app.

I didn't even need to touch anything on my phone, whatever they did it fixed it
