Apple Watch - Cellular Screen Issue

This is not a big deal but was curious if anyone else has seen this.

When I swipe up and select the Cellular icon the text in the Cellular menu does not scroll. It did this when I got the watch but now it doesn't scroll to show all of the text. I had an AW3 that did this and eventually just died. Current one is good but kind of weird that the text gets locked.

Happens on mine as well. Not too worried about it.

Yeah.. not a big deal IMO.. but y'all are making me feel better that it isn't isolated to me. Thank you.

In latest watchOS 4.3 b2, that text is scrollable again. And it does mention “some apps won’t update without iPhone connection”.
