Apple watch cellular with single airpod

Hi guys i have one question, f.e. i want to go to city with just a apple watch and single airpod. How long one airpod last? f.e. just few short calls no listening music.

I have idea to buy some case for just one airpod (to be deactivated) I dont want to carry it in ear and if its free on pocket i think its activated. Is there any solution ? some mini case just for one airpod or something like that? thanks .

There are no cases for just one AirPod and the battery life of a single AirPod is no different than it is for a pair. What is your use case for using only one AirPod?
