Apple Watch Charging Adapter

Does anybody know the charging capability of the Apple Watch Series 3? For example I have the option of charging via computer, 5 watt adapter and 10 watt adapter. If I use the 10 watt adapter can the Series 3 take advantage of the faster charge versus the 5 watt? If yes what is the maximum wattage the watch can use?

I’ve used the 5w, 10w and 12w Apple charger bricks.
Also, the USB ports on my monitors.
Don’t recall using any USB ports on a laptop.
In regards to faster charging, no idea it’s usually charged over night
