Apple Watch coming off got from charger

I exchanged my gray band Apple Watch 3 lte for a black band and have noticed the watch is coming off really warm from the charger. None of my other watches have been like that. Do you think it’s worth to exchange while still within 2 week period?

I exchanged my gray band Apple Watch 3 lte for a black band and have noticed the watch is coming off really warm from the charger. None of my other watches have been like that. Do you think it’s worth to exchange while still within 2 week period?

I own multiple Apple watches and sometimes they get warm when you take it off the charger or when on the charger. It's nothing really unusual.
