Apple Watch counting "imaginary" flights of stairs

So today I haven't climbed any flights of stairs yet my Series 4 says I did climb 14!!!
Does anyone know why and how to resolve this issue?

It is not an issue with your watch but more like a weather system passing through.

It works of barometric pressure. When our hurricane passed by Jacksonville, I got 29 floors and never left my house.
