In the keynote Kevin Lynch said you can reply to text messages with new custom emoji they created and the message can be viewed on an Watch or your iPhone. Does that mean these custom emoji are coming to iOS 8? Or how does the text message show up on your phone?

Probably custom and a part of iMessage...

I wish they'd bring some of the Watch OS UI to iOS. I especially love digital touch and the special effects when you draw and when the message goes poof.

I doubt any of the new stuff on the watch will be coming to the phone anytime soon.
