Apple watch data(activity and badges) --> new iphone

I have a new iPhone and I want to set it up as new using my icloud account of course.

How I can move all the health/workout/activity/ badges data from my apple watch?

I use an encrypted iTunes backup. It is quick and complete.

You iCloud backup should do the same except it can take a while to complete.

Mine moved automatically when I restored my new phone from an iCloud backup. IT did take a couple of days for some things to appear.
