Apple Watch Date and Time inconsistency with iPhone mirroring

Hi all

Recently my Apple Watch changed to 12h time and different date format - not sure what triggered the change

I have Mirror my iPhone setup in the watch app - Language and Region.

My iPhone is setup to how I want: 24h time and DD/MM/YYYY

however watch is still: 12h and MM/DD/YYYY

any suggestions pls? I have rebooted both iPhone and watch. Using latest versions of iOS and watchOS with no updates available.

Figured it out under clock - 24h setting. Still doesn’t solve why mirror my iPhone didn’t work

I believe the "Mirror my iPhone" option in the "Language & Region" submenu only applies to the settings in that submenu, i.e., preferred languages, region and calendar.
