Apple watch digital touch problems

i have an apple watch. And I am having a problem with the digital touch. My problem is when I send a digital touch to another apple watch, it sends as another phone line that I have own my cell phone account. But the apple watch is synced to my phone and phone number. I tried sending a regular text. And they show up as my number. Everything seems to be synced up perfectly to my phone. Except the digital touch to another Apple watch, which shows up under one of my second cell phone lines. Has anyone had this problem? And can you help me?

Yes. Like I said everything comes up under my number. All except the digital touch. Which show up under my second line another family member uses.
