Apple Watch ECG app issue

hello guys so i have the series 4 with the ECG app purchased in the UK.

when i installed the 5.2 os and put my finger on the crown nothing happened. The watch would not work. Then I tried it after a few days and it was working. I tried it many times and it was all okay. Now again I have similar issue.

Anyone else and anyone know the issue ?
