Apple Watch Email Notification Glitch

I can't screenshot it in time but whenever I get an email and raise my wrist to see the notification, the email will appear as messed up boxy unicodes and then shift up and reveal the actual email content. I believe it only happened after watchOS 5.2 update. All else functions fine though. Anyone encountering the same issue?
