Hey,
I know one of the built in man things in the Applr Watch is that thing when it monitors your activity like calories burned and Excersise time and such... So I've been wondering, does it also monitor things like push ups, pull ups, sit ups, weights and such or it only monitors the things I don't do like running, swimming, spinning etc? Do I need a third party thing for that?

Sorry what does that mean exactly? I don't know my sports very well
Then you need to learn. Google can help.

I think there are some third-party apps which let you manually input reps (and weights, if applicable) for your lifting routines. Some will let you plan a whole workout, too.

Go check out the App Store for more.

In a nutshell anaerobic activities include most strength training (relative and absolute), sprinting and other activities that you can only do for a very limited amount of time. Aerobic activity examples are running, swimming, aerobic classes (step), cardio machines (cardio=aerobic) and biking.....
