Hello Everyone, I have a problem with my Apple Watch Sport s0.

I recived it today, I’m opened Apple Watch iphone app, try to pair it but I get informed it has to be Updated first, I choose Update.

Then Apple Watch Sart updating but automatically stop it and says it will be resume when you connect to WiFi, I have Wifi working connection for 100%. I also try to pair it with another iPhone but I have same problem.

What should I do ?

The iPhone has to have the latest version of iOS to match the version of watchOS in order to update. Make sure your iOS is up to date first, then attempt to pair the Apple Watch to your iPhone while connected to Wi-Fi, which the Apple Watch should be charged at least 50% and charging while it's updating.

I did all you wrote but it still the same... It’s automatically stoped and says it will resume while you connec to WiFi.

Please make sure that you follow the steps in this support document from Apple.

Pay close attention to having Bluetooth "On" on your iPhone, your Watch on charge and above 50%, and your iPhone having an active Wi-Fi connection. What kind of Wi-Fi connection do you have active for your iPhone?

Hi

Dave, I’m using standard WiFi router that I used in my house, I made every upgrade using this connection (It’s carrier SIM Card).

Note that if your WiFi router is set to only use the 5Ghz band and not also 2.4Ghz, the Watch won't be able to connect to that WiFi network.
