Each time I force restarted (by pressing the two buttons at once till the apple appeared). As a result no sleep was recorded. :(. Why would it freeze twice while I was in my bed.

I cannot be the only person who outs her hands under the pillow which might put pressure on the watch.

This might not apply to you, but the first time I used the sleep app and put my watch into sleep focus I did’t know it was locking the screen and would display a dim time-only screen. When I awoke mid sleep and tried to wake my watch I didn’t know I needed to press and hold the crown to wake it up. If that’s not your situation, never mind.

So if I touch the screen to brighten/awaken it that can causes issues? That is what I do every night. Usually there is no problem.
