I always do a 5k run before work, around 6:30am till 7:00am and close two of my rings so for a few mornings around 5:30am my watch pings me and says your rings are usually much further along by now lol

Then the other day I did my 5k, push mowed 5 miles worth of walking then later did a 2 mile trail walk. I think I burned over 3000 calories on the hottest day of the year. I was exhausted to say the least then my watch pinged and says keep it going today, what the heck does it want? Me dead lol lol?

Anyway, I love my watch, even if it is trying to kill me.
