Hello all,

I’ve got the new Apple Watch series 6.
Is the watch meant to warm when you put your hand over the screen? And also I can feel the watch getting warm whist on my hand.

is this normal? If not, is my Watch fault or how can I fixed this?

thanks

Check to see how fast your battery is draining. You should be able to go most of a day or even longer before needing to charge. If you are getting less than that and your watch is warm, you have an abnormal battery drain problem.

To fix, you can first try a force reset. Hold both the Crown and Side buttons simultaneously until the watch restarts. If this doesn't fix the problem you should try to un-pair the watch and re-pair using the iPhone Watch app. For most people one of these does the trick. If you still have a fast battery drain, contact Apple directly.
