Aside from the pre loaded Apple Watch faces, can I load any addition faces... like 3rd party? The preloaded ones are cool but I want to creat modify my own?

You cannot. You can add different complications to the standard watch faces to provide different info, but there is no "3rd party watch face store" like there is with Pebble, for instance.
