Apple Watch hey Siri won't launch apps

For the last couple days when I try to use Siri on the watch to launch an app it will say that the app is not on the watch. This includes native Apple Watch apps. Is anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions on how to fix this? I've tried restarting both the Apple Watch and the iPhone, all to no avail. It continues to say that the apps are not on the watch even though they are.

By the way, I'm still on 1.0.1
