When I'm running or walking, I'm fine with the automatic workout detection as I can just either accept or use the dismiss button no problem.
However when I'm on the bike going 40km/h+ (using a bike computer, heart strap monitor and power meters), this Apple Watch keeps bothering me with this automatic workout detection. I don't want to use the Apple Watch because then I will get duplicated workout entries.

I have tried various Siri commands during the ride such as:
- "Hey Siri, dimiss the work out"
- "Hey Siri, close the workout app"

But they don't do the job of rejecting the automatic workout detection.

Does anyone know how to dismiss the automatic workout detection using Siri?

You probably know this already, but you can disable automatic workout detection altogether.
I don’t know of a way to dismiss the notification using Siri.

“Hey, Siri, end workout” or “stop workout” usually works. But this will only stop the workout, not dismiss or discard it.

I think you need to either turn off automatic detection or live with how it works. If you’re worried about duplicate workouts, most apps will disregard duplicates. This is true for Apple Health/Fitness, Garmin, Strava, etc.
