I was fortunate enough to receive my Apple Watch Sport on day one(4.24) and really like using the watch so far.
However, on 4.25 I noticed something wrong with 2 spots on my screen. Best described as a coating wearing off. I called Apple and they sent out a replacement to me which I received today.
Now the replacement has 2 issues. First, one half of the band just slides through the watch and will not lock in without jostling it around and eventually it will catch. If I put the band back on the first watch it clicks in immediately. Also, the friends/apple pay button is kind of loose and doesn't have a solid clean click like watch #1.
Watch #3 will be on the way and I hope this one is good.
Anyone else experiencing similar issues?
Kind of glad I got AppleCare+ for my watch. I really love the watch and Apple but my experience is a little tarnished at this point. And I am not too happy about having to shell out nearly $800 in temporary holds to get my replacements. On the other hand, Apple is getting the replacements out quickly which is nice.
