Hey everyone, I'm thinking about getting the Black SS watch with the black SS links. I have a fair amount of hair on my arms and have dealt with cheap watches in the past that snatch the daylights out of my hairs. Will the link band have that same effect? What are your opinions on this?

Some reviewers said the Milanese loop didn't get their hair stuck, so I think it will be alright for the link, which is not much as a concern as the loop.

Hair in links is not a matter of cheap bands. I regularly had to use tweezers on my Rolex link band to pull out stuck hairs.

Pics of said arms so we can analyze pls

Here are my arms

I was thinking about getting the milanese loop at first, but I saw some in person views on youtube and it doesn't look as appealing as it does online.

I was in the same boat until I saw better pics of it and better videos.

If you trust Rene Ritchie from iMore he said the Milanese loop is very upscale in person.

I know that's not you, but why do people insist on wearing the Milanese loop the wrong way round?

I never would have noticed that. Isn't it more strange that the natural way makes it so the end of the band faces outward? It would be more "clean" if it faced towards you

Can you share any more pics/videos where the Milanese looks good? I can only seem to find the ones where it looks bad!

I really want to like it!

If you look at the magnet as a buckle to be pried open with your thumb, then the way he's wearing that makes sense. But in all of Apple's press photos, it's worn the opposite way. I guess it just boils down to personal preference.

Here's another

That person has a very small wrist; the magnet reaches all the way around to the other side.
