I got a shiny new series 3 last night LTE version and paired it with my iPhone. I see the line in my Tmobile one account, and it says I have a plan on my phone, but if I walk away from my phone or try to use the LTE feature I keep getting a disconnected message. Any thoughts?

Apple Watch LTE Not Working

I had the same issue. For me it turned out my Lte was working but the antenna in it is wayyyy worse than the iPhone so I have to be in a better coverage area for service.
I called Apple my first day and told them my new watch was broken because I didn’t get cell service. Then I left my house to check the mail and got service again. And noticed that same trend everywhere I go. It’s like j always have 1 bar less than my phone

You also need to wait about 30 seconds for it to switch from being disconnected to getting on the LTE network, the radios power up once it sees a need to connect.
